This policy explains what information we collect at market.propertyadviserspr.com and in our text-message program, and what we do with it.

Who we are

Property Advisers is a real estate business based in Ponce, Puerto Rico. For any privacy request, contact jean [at] propertyadviserspr.com.

What information we collect

Phone number, only from people who asked to receive the daily market summary. We add it manually; there are no capture forms on the site.
Name, when the person gives it to us to identify them on the list.
Usage data, measured as you browse: which listings and pages you view, filters and searches you use, time spent on the site, and your approximate device type (mobile or desktop). We measure this ourselves (first-party) — we use no third-party analytics services and no advertising cookies.
A random identifier saved in your browser so we can recognize return visits. It is not your phone number and does not identify you by itself. If you open the site from a link in one of our text messages, that link carries a random code that lets us understand how our subscribers engage with the listings we send.

The site has no accounts, requires no registration, and has no data-entry forms.

What we use it for

The phone number and name are used only to send the daily summary of the real estate market by text message. Usage data is used only, and internally, to understand how the service is used and to make it better — which listings and areas draw the most interest. We do not use any of this for third-party advertising, and we do not sell it.

Who we share it with

We do not sell, rent, or share your phone number with anyone. Consent to receive SMS messages and the associated contact information will not be shared with third parties for any purpose, including marketing.

The only exception is our messaging provider (Twilio), which processes delivery on our behalf and is contractually bound not to use the data for anything else. We may also disclose information if required by law.

SMS messaging program

We send up to two text messages per day summarizing the Ponce and Cabo Rojo real estate market. Recipients are added only after they ask to receive it. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties. Reply STOP to unsubscribe at any time, START to resubscribe, or HELP for assistance. Message and data rates may apply.

How long we keep it

We keep your number for as long as you want to receive the messages. If you unsubscribe, we retain it only as long as needed to avoid messaging you again by mistake.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time to tell you what we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. Email jean [at] propertyadviserspr.com and we'll respond.

About the property information

The listings shown on the site are aggregated from public ads on ClasificadosOnline, ClasificadosPR and Encuentra24, plus the bank-owned (REO) inventory published on Banco Popular's repossessed-properties site. They are not ours and may be out of date. Confirm price and availability with us before making any decision: call 787-645-5438.
